Wellness Isn’t Found in a Chair. It’s Found on the Path.
Nature-based wellness guide to help you find clarity, one step at a time.
I spent my career as an engineer looking at blueprints, optimizing workflows, and ensuring system integrity. But along the way, I realized that the most sophisticated system I’d ever encountered—the human mind and body—was being run on the wrong "operating system."
Modern life is a high-stress, high-noise environment that our biological hardware simply wasn't built for. We are glitching. We are overheating. We are disconnected.
"I believe the best breakthroughs happen under an open sky."
Nature isn't just a place to visit on the weekends; it is a vital part of our mental and physical health. My approach is built on three simple pillars:
Slowing Down: We spend our days rushing. Nature doesn't rush, yet everything gets accomplished. We use the trail to practice being present.
Finding Clarity: By stepping away from the "static" of the digital world, we create space for deep thought and genuine reflection.
Sensing Awe: There is something powerful about standing before an ancient tree or a vast horizon. That feeling of "awe" isn't just a mood—it’s a way to reset our perspective on what truly matters.
You don’t need to be an elite athlete or a wilderness expert to experience the power of the outdoors. My local hikes in West Michigan are designed to be approachable and restorative.
The "First Steps" Hikes: Easy-to-moderate walks focused on connection, fresh air, and slowing the pace of life.
The Path Forward: For those who want to grow, we offer more challenging adventures that push your boundaries and build confidence in the wild.
The Goal: To get you comfortable in nature so that the outdoors becomes your go-to place for wellness.
If you’re feeling burnt out or disconnected, I work with you virtually to help you "re-engineer" your daily life.
Personalized Wellness Plans: We’ll look at your current routine and find practical, meaningful ways to get you outside and moving.
A Source of Knowledge: I provide the tools and insights you need to understand how nature heals us and how to make adventure a permanent part of your lifestyle.
1-on-1 Guiding: Think of me as a partner in your journey—helping you navigate the stress of modern life by reconnecting with the natural world.
I bring an engineer’s eye for detail and a love for deep thought to every experience I lead. I’m not here to teach you "survival skills." I’m here to help you survive the modern world by finding the peace that only a Life Well Adventured can provide.
